women's Lymphatic health:
breast, reproductive, & Perinatal support

Specialized Training in lymphatic, soft tissue & scar management care

Welcome to Women’s Lymphatic Health a comprehensive manual lymphatic care and support course designed to honour the full spectrum of women’s bodies across life stages and hormonal transitions.

This thoughtfully curated program integrates women’s health, breast wellness, reproductive support, and pre- and post-natal lymphatic care into one cohesive training. Blending evidence-informed manual lymphatic drainage, soft tissue and fascial techniques, scar management, and anatomy-based education, this course equips you to support pelvic, abdominal, breast, and core wellness with skill and sensitivity.

This training supports therapists who want to offer nuanced, respectful care for women across all reproductive stages ~ from menstruation through postnatal and long-term wellness. With focused attention on menstrual health, reproductive conditions, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, breastfeeding changes, and surgical history, you’ll gain practical tools to improve comfort, circulation, mobility, and confidence for your patients.

This course blends online learning, hands-on in-person training, and guided partner practice, giving you both the knowledge and the confidence to integrate these specialized techniques immediately into your clinical work.

why this training matters

Hormonal and reproductive health directly influence lymphatic flow, tissue congestion, inflammation, and nervous system regulation. Menstrual cycles, reproductive conditions, pregnancy, surgery, and breastfeeding all place unique demands on the pelvic and abdominal lymphatic systems.

Patients experiencing painful menses, bloating, pelvic heaviness, fertility challenges, PCOS, or endometriosis are often under-supported by conventional care models, particularly when it comes to gentle, non-invasive manual therapies.

This course fills a critical gap by offering within-scope, clinically grounded techniques that help:
  • Reduce cyclical swelling, bloating, and pelvic congestion
  • Support tissue mobility and comfort during menstruation
  • Improve lymphatic circulation related to reproductive and hormonal conditions
  • Ease pregnancy-related swelling and postpartum fluid retention
  • Promote healing and mobility around abdominal and pelvic scars
  • Support breastfeeding comfort and tissue health

As awareness grows around integrative women’s and reproductive health care, therapists trained in lymphatic-based support are increasingly sought after, making this training both clinically relevant and professionally valuable.

Class size is limited to just 10 participants, creating an intimate, hands-on learning environment
that encourages collaboration, shared insight, and meaningful professional connection.

why small groups matter

This training is intentionally offered in a small-group setting to honour the depth and sensitivity of lymphatic work. With fewer participants, you receive more individualized attention, thoughtful guidance, and the space to learn at a pace that supports true understanding - not just completion.

A limited class size creates a safe, supportive environment where questions are welcomed, hands-on feedback is meaningful, and learning happens through shared experience. Partner exchanges become opportunities for connection and confidence-building, allowing you to feel the work in your own body while refining your clinical skill.

This level of care, presence, and personalized instruction is what transforms the course from a class into an investment - one that supports your growth, your confidence, and the quality of care you bring to your clients.
