women's health: pelvic, abdominal & visceral MLD Specialized Training in Safe, Effective lymphatic & soft tissue care
Women commonly experience pelvic and abdominal tension, fluid congestion, digestive sluggishness, surgical scarring, menstrual discomfort, and postnatal changes that can benefit from gentle, precise manual therapy. This hybrid program teaches you how to work safely and effectively with the deep lymphatics, visceral fascia, and soft tissues of the abdomen and pelvis - within the massage therapy scope of practice.
You’ll learn how abdominal MLD, fascial mobilization, gentle visceral release, cupping, and breath mechanics all work together to improve pelvic circulation, support digestive function, reduce congestion, and restore ease of movement through the core.
This course blends online learning, hands-on in-person training, and guided partner practice, giving you both the knowledge and the confidence to integrate these specialized techniques immediately into your clinical work.

why this training matters
Pelvic, abdominal, and core changes can create significant shifts in the tissues. Many women experience swelling, fluid congestion, restricted mobility, digestive sluggishness, menstrual discomfort, or postnatal tension that affect daily comfort and overall well-being. As awareness grows, therapists trained in safe, evidence-informed abdominal and pelvic care are increasingly in demand.
Skilled abdominal and pelvic-focused manual therapy can help patients: • Reduce swelling, congestion, and abdominal tightness • Improve mobility through the pelvic bowl and visceral fascia • Ease discomfort related to tension, adhesions, menstrual cycles, or postnatal changes • Support balanced, functional movement through the core • Feel more comfortable, grounded, and empowered in their bodies
