My goal is simple: to help therapists gain the confidence, understanding, and hands-on skills to provide safe, effective, and deeply restorative care within the scope of massage therapy. Whether you’re just starting your lymphatic journey or looking to expand into specialized areas like women’s health, post-surgical care, or lipoedema, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
ABOUT THE ELUVETT METHOD
After more than two decades working in manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) and holistic manual therapies, I developed the EluVett Method in response to the real needs I was seeing in my patients - needs that often extend beyond what traditional massage training covers when it comes to lymphatic care.
My clinical foundation has always been rooted in the Vodder method of Manual Lymphatic Drainage, but over time my work naturally expanded. By integrating fascial release, Thai mobility techniques, intentional breathwork, acupressure stimulation, and a broader understanding of lymphatic pathways, I began to see deeper and more lasting results for patients experiencing inflammation, congestion, and swelling.
These methods evolved through years of hands-on experience working with a wide range of lymphatic presentations, and through collaboration with CDT therapists, surgeons, and other allied healthcare professionals. The goal has always been the same: supporting patients safely and effectively within the scope of practice of Registered Massage Therapy.
A Practical Pathway for Therapists
As lymphatic therapy becomes more visible in both healthcare and wellness spaces, many therapists are recognizing how valuable this work can be for their patients. I’ve had countless therapists ask how they can better understand the lymphatic system and integrate lymphatic techniques confidently into their practice. The EluVett Method training pathway was created to answer that need.
Foundations Course
The two-day Foundations Course is the starting point. This course gives therapists a clearer understanding of how the lymphatic system supports systemic health, and how lymphatic techniques can help address common presentations seen in clinical practice, including:
MasterClasses
Once therapists have the foundation, they can expand their knowledge through EluVett MasterClasses. Each MasterClass builds on the foundational principles while exploring the unique considerations and treatment approaches needed for these specialized areas. These advanced trainings focus on specific pathologies and population groups, including:
Sharing What Experience Teaches
After many years working in lymphatic care, I believe the most valuable learning comes from connecting technique with clinical understanding. My goal with the EluVett Method is to share both the hands-on skills and the reasoning behind them, so therapists feel confident integrating lymphatic work into their practice and supporting a growing number of patients seeking this type of care.
It’s an honour to pass this work forward and to see therapists expand what’s possible within their own massage therapy practice.
I look forward to seeing you in class!
