Registration & Payment Full payment is required to secure your place in any course, workshop, clinical intensive, or educational offering provided by the EluVett School ("Course"). Registration is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and space is limited to ensure a high-quality learning experience.
Course fees, inclusions, prerequisites, and minimum enrolment requirements are listed on the applicable course page and are subject to change without notice.
Cancellation & Transfer Policy
Cancellations made more than fourteen (14) days before the Course start date will receive a full refund, less any payment processing fees incurred at the time of registration.
Cancellations made seven (7) to fourteen (14) days before the Course start date will receive a 50% refund or may transfer registration to a future Course date, subject to availability.
Cancellations made less than seven (7) days before the Course start date, or failure to attend ("no-show"), are non-refundable.
If you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness prior to the Course, we ask that you use your best professional judgment in deciding whether to attend. To support the health and safety of all participants, please notify us as soon as possible. If notice is provided at least forty-eight (48) hours before the Course, we will make every reasonable effort to transfer your registration to a future Course date, subject to availability.
If the EluVett School cancels or reschedules a Course for any reason, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer registration to a future offering. The EluVett School is not responsible for any travel, accommodation, lost wages, or other incidental expenses incurred by participants.
Minimum Enrollment Policy Unless otherwise stated, EluVett educational offerings require a minimum number of participants to proceed. Minimum enrolment requirements vary by Course and will be outlined on the applicable course page.
The EluVett School reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any Course up to fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled start date if minimum enrolment is not achieved. Participants will receive a full refund or may transfer their registration to a future offering.
The EluVett School also reserves the right to make minor adjustments to Course timing, venue location within the host city, or instructor assignments where necessary.
Participant Health & Safety Policy Many EluVett educational offerings include hands-on learning, partner exchange, self-palpation, movement, and the giving and receiving of therapeutic touch.
By registering for a Course, participants affirm that they are physically and mentally able to participate and have disclosed any medical conditions, injuries, or considerations that may affect their ability to safely participate in hands-on activities. Participants agree to inform the Course facilitator of any health considerations that may impact their participation. Reasonable accommodations will be made whenever possible to support a safe and inclusive learning environment. Participants are expected to exercise professional judgment at all times and may elect to observe or modify activities in consultation with the instructor if needed.
Understanding of Contraindications Participants understand that the techniques taught within EluVett Courses may have contraindications and precautions, including but not limited to acute infection, deep vein thrombosis (DVT), severe cardiac insufficiency, and certain active medical conditions or treatments.
Participants acknowledge that it is their responsibility to:
Assess and communicate their own health status.
Practice within safe, ethical, and professional boundaries.
Exercise clinical reasoning and professional discretion when applying techniques learned in practice.
Seek additional education, mentorship, or medical guidance where appropriate.
The EluVett School provides continuing education and does not replace professional regulatory standards, employer policies, or individual clinical judgment.
Assumption of Risk Participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending and participating in EluVett educational offerings, including receiving bodywork or participating in hands-on activities with fellow participants under instructor supervision. Participants acknowledge that participation may involve physical contact and may result in temporary soreness, fatigue, discomfort, or other unforeseen effects associated with manual therapy education.
Hold Harmless Agreement Participants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the EluVett School, its instructors, facilitators, host facilities, and affiliated individuals or organizations from any liability, claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising from participation in a Course, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, or property loss.
Professional Conduct & Code of Respect The EluVett School is committed to fostering a welcoming, inclusive, and respectful learning environment.
Participants are expected to maintain the same standards of professionalism, consent, confidentiality, and mutual respect that are expected within clinical practice. This includes respecting personal boundaries, communicating openly during partner exchange activities, and contributing positively to the learning experience of others.
The EluVett School reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour compromises the safety, comfort, or educational experience of fellow participants. In such circumstances, refunds will be provided at the sole discretion of the EluVett School.
Photography & Media From time to time, photographs or short video clips may be taken during Courses for educational and promotional purposes.
Participants will always be informed in advance when photographs or video are being considered and verbal consent will be obtained prior to capturing any images. Participation in photography or media is entirely voluntary, and participants may decline at any time without explanation. The EluVett School will make every reasonable effort to respect participant preferences regarding photography and media use and is committed to maintaining a learning environment grounded in professionalism, consent, and mutual respect.
Participant Agreement By registering for a Course and submitting payment, the Participant affirms that they have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to abide by the policies and terms outlined above.
The Participant further acknowledges that they are responsible for ensuring they meet any prerequisites listed for the Course and for participating in a manner that supports a safe, respectful, and professional learning environment for all.
