what is the eluvett method?


​The EluVett Method was created for massage therapists who want more than basic massage-school techniques, but who aren’t looking for the intensity of traditional clinical MLD programs. It fills the gap beautifully ~ giving you an accessible, evidence-informed, way to offer lymphatic therapy that is within scope and that truly makes a difference.
The gentle, flowing EluVett approach blends Manual Lymphatic Drainage with breathwork, passive mobility, and acupressure stimulation, creating treatments that support fluid movement, calm the nervous system, and enhance whole-body recovery.​​​
​MasterClasses offer a deeper approach to lymphatic support, post-surgical recovery and scar management, while Spa-Inspired Workshops offer lymphatic focus with cupping and aromatherapy.
