HOSTING DECISION CHECKLISTThis short checklist helps clinics quickly determine whether hosting a workshop is a good fit.
HOSTING MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF: ✓ Your clinic has space for 3 - 5 massage tables and 6 - 12 RMT students ✓ You have 2 - 4 therapists interested in attending ✓ You are open to welcoming additional local RMTs if needed to reach minimum registration of 6 participants ✓ Your clinic enjoys supporting professional learning and collaboration ✓ You would like to bring continuing education opportunities to your community HOSTING MAY NOT BE IDEAL IF: • Your space cannot accommodate massage tables for group learning • No therapists from your clinic are interested in attending • The clinic prefers events limited strictly to internal staff (unless you can fill minimum) WHAT HOSTING INVOLVES Host clinics typically: • Provide the training space • Provide massage tables • Help share the workshop with their team or local therapist network • Coordinate simple logistics (tables, access to space) EluVett handles: • course instruction • registration management (including fees, billing/receipts) • course materials • certificate of completion QUESTIONS?
