HOSTING DECISION CHECKLISTThis short checklist helps clinics quickly determine whether hosting a workshop is a good fit.
HOSTING MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF: ✓ Your clinic has space for 3 - 6 massage tables and 6 - 12 RMT students ✓ You have 2 - 4 therapists interested in attending ✓ You are open to welcoming additional local RMTs if needed to reach minimum registration of 6 participants ✓ Your educational institute enjoys supporting professional learning and collaboration ✓ You would like to bring continuing education opportunities to your community HOSTING MAY NOT BE IDEAL IF: • Your space cannot accommodate massage tables for group learning • No therapists from your programs or alumni are interested in attending WHAT HOSTING INVOLVES Host schools typically: • Provide the training space, wifi • Provide massage tables, stools, bolsters • Help share the workshop with students and alumni network • Coordinate simple logistics (tables, access to space) EluVett handles: • course instruction and materials • registration management (including fees, billing/receipts) • certificate of completion QUESTIONS?
