healthy breasts: MLD wellness & recovery Specialized Training in Safe, Effective lymphatic & soft tissue care
Breast health is an essential component of overall wellness, yet it is often overlooked in manual therapy training. This course empowers therapists with a clear, safe, and evidence-informed approach to supporting breast wellness, recovery, and comfort through manual lymphatic drainage, fascial release, scar management, and patient education.
Whether your patients are seeking proactive breast care, preparing for or recovering from surgery, navigating breastfeeding changes, or experiencing discomfort from congestion or scar tissue, you’ll learn how to provide targeted, gentle, and effective support.
This hybrid program combines online anatomy and safety training with a full in-person, hands-on day where you will practice and refine your techniques under guided instruction.
By the end, you'll have the clinical skills and confidence needed to incorporate breast-focused lymphatic care into your practice in a way that is safe, respectful, within scope and profoundly helpful to your patients.

why this training matters
Breast, chest wall, and axillary tissues undergo significant changes across many life experiences ~ surgery, biopsies, radiation, breastfeeding, inflammation, or simply the natural aging process. These changes can lead to swelling, congestion, scar restriction, sensitivity, and reduced mobility. As awareness grows around proactive breast wellness and safe post-surgical recovery, therapists trained in evidence-informed breast and chest MLD are increasingly sought after.
Skilled breast and chest-focused MLD can help clients: • Reduce swelling, congestion, and post-procedural sensitivity • Improve tissue and scar mobility following reconstruction, explant, reduction, lift, or biopsies • Ease discomfort and support fluid movement through the breast and axillary pathways • Promote comfort and mobility after radiation therapy • Encourage milk flow and support wellness during breastfeeding or mastitis • Restore easier movement through the chest, shoulder, and upper rib cage • Feel more supported, informed, and confident in their healing and breast health
