the eluvett method - Lymphatic foundations
a clinically grounded, gentle approach to full body lymphatic therapy

The Foundations Course is a two-day, in-person training designed for massage and manual therapists seeking a clear, effective, and sustainable approach to lymphatic care. Rooted in the principles of Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) and supported by breathwork, fascial engagement, meridian stimulation, and gentle joint mobilization, the EluVett Method offers an integrative framework that supports the lymphatic system while respecting the longevity of the practitioner’s body.

This course establishes the clinical language, techniques, and treatment philosophy that underpin all EluVett Method education. Completion of the Foundations Course is a prerequisite for all Master Classes, which build upon this work to explore specific areas of lymphatic care in greater depth.

Whether you are expanding your clinical scope, refining your therapeutic focus, or responding to growing patient demand for lymphatic support, this training provides in-scope, practical and immediately applicable skills delivered within a supportive and professionally aligned learning environment.

why this training matters

The lymphatic system plays a central role in tissue health, fluid balance, immune function, and recovery - yet lymphatic care remains inconsistently understood and under-integrated within both wellness and clinical recovery settings. Patients and healthcare providers alike are increasingly recognizing the need for lymphatic interventions as part of comprehensive care, particularly in the areas of inflammation, healing, and long-term lymphatic system and tissue health.

This course fills a critical gap by offering within-scope, clinically grounded techniques that help:
  • Support lymphatic flow, fluid balance, and tissue health
  • Address inflammation, congestion, and impaired drainage
  • Support clients with lymphoedema, lipoedema, and autoimmune conditions
  • Enhance recovery, cleansing and detoxification, and overall system regulation
  • Integrate lymphatic care into wellness, long-term health, and maintenance plans

Therapists trained in effective lymphatic care help bridge this gap by offering skilled, evidence-informed support that complements medical treatment and enhances overall outcomes. With the right training, lymphatic work becomes a clear, ethical, and purposeful intervention rather than an adjunct or afterthought.

This foundational training provides a structured framework grounded in Manual Lymphatic Drainage principles and supported by breathwork, fascial engagement, and gentle mobilization. The approach is designed to be both effective for patients and sustainable for therapists, allowing the work to be delivered with precision, ease, and confidence.

EluVett Method Foundations training is an investment in clinical confidence, practitioner longevity, and the ability to offer effective lymphatic care with clarity and intention ~ laying the groundwork for meaningful results and continued professional growth.

Class size is limited to just 10 participants.
This small group format
ensures personalized guidance, hands-on feedback, and a truly immersive learning experience.

why small groups matter

This training is intentionally offered in a small-group setting to honour the depth and sensitivity of lymphatic work. With fewer participants, you receive more individualized attention, thoughtful guidance, and the space to learn at a pace that supports true understanding - not just completion.

A limited class size creates a safe, supportive environment where questions are welcomed, hands-on feedback is meaningful, and learning happens through shared experience. Partner exchanges become opportunities for connection and confidence-building, allowing you to feel the work in your own body while refining your clinical skill.

This level of care, presence, and personalized instruction is what transforms the course from a class into an investment - one that supports your growth, your confidence, and the quality of care you bring to your clients.

frequently asked questions

Who can take this course?
This course is designed for Registered Massage Therapists and other regulated manual therapy professionals working within their professional scope and local regulations.

Is this course trauma-informed?
Yes. Consent, communication, patient autonomy, and sensitive positioning are core principles throughout the training.

Is this course appropriate if I don’t work with post surgical or patients with lymphatic disorders?
Yes. While the course includes education relevant to lymphatic conditions and recovery, it is equally applicable to general wellness and preventative care. Techniques and concepts can be selectively applied based on your scope of practice and client population, making the training valuable even if your work does not focus on medical or post-surgical cases.

Does this course treat medical conditions such as Lipoedema or Lyme disease?
No. This course does not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. It focuses on within-scope lymphatic and soft tissue techniques that may support comfort, circulation, and tissue mobility, and are intended to complement - not replace - medical or post-surgical care.

Is scar management included?
Scar management is not taught in this Foundations course. These techniques are covered in MasterClass-level training, where healing timelines, tissue sensitivity, and lymphatic involvement are explored in depth. The Foundations course does include an overview of how scar tissue can impact lymphatic function to support clinical understanding.

What is the course format?
This is a two-day, in-person, hands-on training.

Will I receive a certificate?
Yes. A Certificate of Completion is provided upon successful completion of the course.

Can I use these techniques immediately in practice?
