why i developed
the eluvett method
After more than two decades of dedicated work in manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) and holistic manual therapies, I developed the EluVett Method in response to the real needs I saw in my patients ~ needs that often extend beyond what conventional massage training covers in lymphatic techniques.
My practice has always been grounded in the Vodder method, but over the years, I’ve found that integrating fascial release, Thai mobility techniques, intentional breathwork, a broader understanding of lymphatic channels, and acupressure stimulation allows for deeper, more lasting results ~ both physically and energetically. This multidimensional approach evolved naturally through years of treating a wide range of lymphatic and inflammatory concerns, consistently affirmed by patient feedback.
As lymphatic therapy gains visibility in health and wellness spaces through social media, proactive health discussions, clinical understanding and growing patient demand, I’ve noticed many massage therapists seeking a way to offer this work confidently, safely, and effectively. They want a practical approach that fits within the scope of practice of RMTs while collaborating with medically trained MLD/CDT therapists, surgeons, and other allied health professionals when needed.
The EluVett Method is my answer to that call.
The two-day Foundations Course is the first step, designed specifically for therapists who want a deeper understanding of the lymphatic system and general systemic health and wellness care. In this course, students explore common presentations of inflammation, congestion, and swelling, including autoimmune conditions and post-surgical care, while gaining hands-on skills that bridge the gap between general massage training from massage school and advanced traditional MLD programs. This foundational knowledge equips therapists with confidence to support their patients in a broad, safe, and effective way.
From there, therapists can build on this foundation with focused MasterClasses, which provide training on specific pathologies and population groups. These include women’s health, post-surgical cosmetic procedures, and lipoedema, offering advanced insight and practical techniques for specialized care while remaining with RMT scope of practice.
My intention is to share not just techniques, but also the experience, understanding, and reasoning that come from years of working across multiple areas of lymphatic health. I want therapists to feel confident, supported, and inspired as they integrate these methods into their practice, enhancing their ability to provide transformative care.
I’m honoured to share what I’ve learned and excited to see how therapists will bring this work to life in their own practices.
